These IT Billing Errors are Costing You Hundreds of Thousands of Dollars!

  2. Paying more than you should for outdated (evergreen) contracts.It may have been months, or even years, since you signed vendor contracts that, at the time, were optimized for cost savings. But that was then, and this is now. If you’re not reviewing those contracts at least once a year, chances are that you are paying more than you should.

  3. Paying invoices twice.It’s hard to believe you might be doing this, but it’s more common than you think. It is due primarily to using insufficient tools that don’t provide proper tracking, coordination and reporting.
