TeleManagement Technologies Announces Interface to Microsoft Lync VoIP Server for WinCall® Call Accounting Solution

TeleManagement Technologies, Inc. (TTI) has developed an open interface to Microsoft Lync Server for its WinCall® Call Accounting, it was announced today.

Lync, the robust MS cloud-based communications platform, is used by thousands of businesses to unify and manage communications and information. Now TTI offers the ability to interface to Lync VoIP and feed key usage information into WinCall® for purposes of providing in depth Call Accounting reporting, without any manual entry or interface work necessary on the user side.
