Hands on TEM sessions as well as opportunities to get the latest in best practices and expert advice are on the agenda for TTI’s 8th WinBill® Users Conference in San Francisco, April 30th – May 2nd, 2014. Other noteworthy topics scheduled include: getting visibility over wireless and mobile data, maintaining a rapidly changing inventory, and tailoring audit, customer and management reports to specific needs. The three day event included extensive hands-on training, “fireside chats” with end users, and evening social events, all designed to bring WinBill users together in a climate of camaraderie, expertise-sharing and sharpening up of TEM and cost recovery skills.
